You’ve heard of the “big 5” senses, but do you know the other 3? In this month’s info sheet, we dive into Proprioception, Vestibular function and Interoception. These “mysterious 3” are arguably the most important set of senses that we have. And yet most people know very little about them.

They impact all of development, including speech and language development, and that makes them VERY IMPORTANT! Thanks to Rebecca Cook Sanchez for creating this one-pager to start to bring it all into focus.
